With regret some contestants of previous events have been reported for copyright infringement, and the necessary steps have been taken with the correct authorities to deal with the issue. We have methods of tracking our images on this site.

Images on this site are available for viewing and ordering only. When images are purchased we will send images directly to you by post. All images are watermarked on this site and we will enforce copyright law if images appear on the internet with our watermark. The watermark is removed when purchased and the images are of a high print quality when you receive them. The images you will see on your individual pages will be of a higher quality when they are printed than you will see on screen; this is due to the watermarketing process and resizing for the web.

A note about Social Networking Sites such as Facebook, Myspace, Bebo etc:

If EVENTographers have knowledge of watermarked images appearing on social networking sites the individuals will be reported to the sites administration and sites, such as Facebook, respect the intellectual property rights of others and they prohibit users from posting content that violates another party's intellectual property rights. When they receive a proper claim of IP infringement, they promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.They also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
